At Shtrili, we highly value our customers. In the event that we become aware of any product being recalled, we work with traders and authorities.

Following the EU General Product Safety Regulation which came into force on 13 December 2024, if Temu is notified of a recall, we will take steps to stop the trader selling the item as quickly as possible. Where we have customer details ourselves, we will notify customers who purchased the affected product and we will inform them of the recall measures initiated by the trader or relevant authorities. We will also publish the information on our website.

Please be reassured that we already took steps to protect customers of this nature, before 13 December 2024, in compliance with relevant laws.
